Hey everyone!
I am new to the forums and have been counting my calories for 11 days now. I write a blog, simply FEMALE, and share about my weight loss journey as well as tips and motivation. I'd love if you girls checked it out and followed it! We can all lose the weight together. I just started the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred last night, so I will be updating about that as well.
