I feel like iam on the computer all day, jumping back and forth because i forget what meals i have plan for the day? So,how do you guys do it? Do you log the day before, print it, then refer to it through out the day or do you write down what you eat all day on a seperate food journal so its easier to get too.
Before coming here(three days ago,LOL) i was vigorously logging everything from my meals,to workouts on a pad so im finding it hard to switch from that to doing it online....

I was feeling the exact same way. Therefore I started logging on the night before and planning my next day worth of meals and snacks. Then I do a print page and hang it on my fridge. That way if something changes during the day with meals I can see the calories and try to stay withen my range. I also try to keep my meals at certain calories ( bkfst 300, lunch 400, snack 250, dinner 400) then if I exercise during the day I can have an extra snack or a bit more at lunch or dinner. Then I go back onto the computer and change my 'plan' to my 'actual' calories consumed and plan for the next day etc.....0

I don't print my daily logs, but decided that would be an awesome tool in case I needed to print them to take to my doctor or nutritionist.
I log on and log something every time I eat. It requires me coming here OFTEN, but I can access it from work and from home. I actually log my food as I'm preparing it (dinner, at least). Before coming here(three days ago,LOL) i was vigorously logging everything from my meals,to workouts on a pad so im finding it hard to switch from that to doing it online....
I did that before this site too. It was a pain!! I think that is why I love this site so much, for the sheer ease of use!0
