I have been using this site since 13.2.11 so I thought it was about time i said hello. I don't use the full site very often. I have this on my phone. I have to say I love this site. It lets me be as regimented as i need to be. But also makes sure that i don't miss out on the nutrition I need.

Oh, a little bit about me. I am a 44 year old mother of 2 and I have stuggled with my weight for years.

So thats me......hello. :)
