Sodium - for those who enter foods...

I am TRYING to track my sodium, and was surprised how low it was today, on a day when I'm eating pre-prepared snacks. After checking, I've just had to change half a dozen foods because the sodium content which has been entered is ridiculously low...
If a food says 0.5g sodium, please don't enter it as 0.5mg...
There are 1000 mg in a g.
So if it says "Sodium 0.4g" that means there are 400mg.
