im new to fitness pal, spend lots of time on the computer, so figured this was a good way to go!!
i quit smoking 5 months ago and have gianed 10+ pounds.
Need to lose the weight!!

    I'm new to fitness pal. Been trying unsuccessfully for the past 4 months to get in shape and lose weight. I have to eat right and exercise to see any results. If I do one and not the other, I'm just spinning my wheels. Had a bad week and it showed on the scale. I had a good day today, but didn't manage to get any exercise in. I've been in and out all day, so I have been active, but it's not the kind of activity that shows any results.
    I'm positive that I'll be able to get my weight down and my family can enjoy a more energetic, healthier me!!:bigsmile:

  • thanks for the support. Quitting was tough, but im having my regualr coffee in the morning and instead of a smoke its an apple fritter!! to go with it.
