The doors in my office building are pretty heavy. I am pretty lazy. Therefore I tend to lean my entire body in to push (or out to pull) the door... at lazier times, I also body-slam the annoying things. But today, I pushed/pulled. And it was REALLY hard to do!

As I walked down the stairs, I was puzzled and a little embarrassed. I've been working out-- lifting weights (a bit), cardio (a lot), and JM's 30ds (every other day). What the heck! And then I realized.... I use my *body weight* to open the door. I'm 20lbs down... of course I'm not as good with the door.

I'm ok with that. :bigsmile:
