Just realized it's been 50 days since I've had anything fried, processed, served-on-bread, smothered-wth-cheese, or made with an indescribably large amount of sugar. Huh. Who knew? I need to remember this the next time I step on the scale and grimace at the miniscule loss. Anyone else have any revelations since their resolution started?

    yes! for me, it's not just the weight loss anymore. i FEEL better; physically and mentally. i find myself grimacing at fast food and processed cheese foods and sodas. i haven't had a high fructose corn syrup with dye for color soda in 3 months! it feels amazing. not only am i losing the weight, but i'm changing how i life. a co-worker of mine says it's never a diet, just a change of habit. :D

    90 days without caffeine or soda. I sleep better, have more energy, think more clearly, and I'm looking pretty hot!!!
