Any new moms having a really tough time losing their baby weight? My son is 8 months old and the weight just seems stuck to me! It's frustrating! When I gained weight in college, I was able to lose it all by eating better and working out regularly, but I can't seem to make it happen post-baby. Any suggestions? (Or anyone wanna team up for support?)

The last couple of days on your diary, you're over on sodium and on calories. What are your goals? How much weight do you need to lose? Maybe I can give you some tips based on my experience.

Hey! My baby just turned 15 months old and I've been having a hard time losing the 50lbs she so lovingly helped me gain haha! So far I've lost about half of it, but I've been stuck lately-guess I've hit a plateau. I've also just started running again so I hope that helps. I would love to have some accountability if you want to "friend up"!

Yeah, I have trouble with sodium! We really need to get that under control in our household so I'll take any tips you've got! I gained 55 pounds during my pregnancy and have lost 41. I've been at a stand still for several months now.

Try focusing on the sodium and get the calories back under control. Once you've got that under control again, get your carbs under 150 and get your protein over 100. You should see some results with that and then you can start zig-zagging your calories and play around a little bit more with carbs and protein.
