Hello all!

I just wanted to give a quick intro. :smile: I'm married and a mom to 3 kids and a part-time medical assistant who loves to make soap. My friend suggested this site to track my calorie intake.

Motivation is my main problem.. I do really well for a while then completely lose all motivation. Chocolate is my downfall! I'll eat a little here and a little more there not realizing how much I'm really taking in.:embarassed: I don't have a whole lot to lose... about 10lbs, but I can't seem to get there. Hopefully tracking my intake will help with that..

    This site is great for losing a little, or a lot. Tracking really does help. Once I started tracking, I realized I was eating 2500+ calories a day! Now I'm down under 1700. It took a while, but it has been worth it. Good luck!
