29f here starting (well, restarting) a 125 lb plunge.
Really my first goal is to lose 30 lbs by my 30th birthday. September is not that far away.
I'm looking for a lifestyle change, not just a diet. I don't want to lose all this weight fast fast fast and then just gain it right back. So I might be going slow but I need to make complete changes. My biggest challenge is that I work second shift and am up all night so my "breakfast" is at 1pm and lunch is around 7pm and then if don't really eat dinner. Instead I have a "snack" after work.
May I just say whoever thought this site up is a genius!!
