Just completed a cleanse and looking to keep my diet healthy

I just started using myfitnesspal about a week ago and i have to say im obsessed..logging every bit of food eaten immediately either online or on my blackberry.

I am really trying to change my views on healthy eating and lifestyles to being "the good stuff" instead of the goods being junk as it has been all my life.

Does anyone have any advice to share as to how to keep away from the cheeses, chocolates and chips? or it it better to just allow these things on a regular basis in order to reduce over indulging?
