broccoli...do you clip the leaves together? I am new at growing broccoli, bok choy, and cauliflower, heard that you need to clip the leaves together with clothes pin (something of that nature)?

    I never have but I guess you could don't know why you would maybe on cauliflower to keep it whiter

    No, not broccoli. Cauliflower, yes, but I'm not exactly sure how big the heads should get before covering them with the leaves. It's to keep the sun off of them so they'll stay white.
