Hi everyone!
I'm new here and my weight has had quite the yo-yo effect over the past two years, although only by a few pounds.
Anyway, I do primarily follow a raw food diet (it helped me get through a medical condition as well as get through two vitamin deficiencies), but I certainly like some legumes, fish and poultry once in awhile. Don't worry, I'm completely open minded to any lifestyle a person chooses, as long as the individual has healthy and realistics goals, and is making good choices in comparison to one's past lifestyle.
I'm here to record my food intake, see where I'm going wrong, and to shed nine pounds in combination with an exercise program that a trainer has made with me.
I'm recovering from the flu now, but I'll be back in the gym soon!
