Does anyone have an idea of avg calories burned from a zumba class? (1 hour) I don't see it listed in the exercise datebase on here.......

    I used to use Dancing/modern twist... but now I have a heart rate monitor :)

    Walmart has a fitness site very similiar to mfp and they have zumba in their database and for my height and weight it said that I burn 679 calories in an hour. I feel that this is accurate!
