Hey everyone, my name is Clarissa! I just joined MFP and started logging food/exercise a few days ago. This site is great, and I've already noticed a big difference in that I'm able to visualize exactly what and how much I'm eating every day. Once you get past the guilt though, it's a great tool! Lol I'm hoping to lose about 15-20 pounds by eating healther, smaller portions and exercising every day.... not sure exactly what my ideal weight should be since I don't think I've ever really been there, so I'm just gonna play it by ear for now. Feel free to add me!
