Hey,

So I'm not quite brand new here, but I've chosen to give MFP another go. This time I've decided that it shouldn't be alone, but I don't personally know anybody who uses MFP. Would love to hear back from anyone who is in the same boat!

A bit about me: My name is Natalie. I'm from Australia and studying full time at Uni. For a while now I have used this as an excuse to ignore healthy eating habits and to put off exercise. I play social netball once a week though I think its time for me to step up and get serious about my health. I would love to reach 65 kg / 143 lb as an ideal weight because I know that it is achievable - but good things take time!

    Hi Natalie: I just joined this week, and this site is incredible to me. I had dropped 12 pounds before joining. I am 63 yrs old semi retired but work part time and have back and knee problems so exercise is a bit of a problem. We can all support one another, hope to hear from you.
