17 day diet

Started this a couple of days ago and was wondering what people's thoughts were.

I'm not following the diet plan to the letter, just the rules, so am eating a little more than in the diet plan - I physically just could not face scrambled egg whites for breakfast!

I'm drinking a lot of green tea, again do you think this is ok?

Anyway - fingers crossed and good luck to everyone :)

    Its a little vauge. Just keep this in mind. There is no such thing as a diet. Its a lifestyle change.
