high protein snack recipes

Hey there.
Since I am at work for about 11 hours a day, and I don't want to eat 3 meals, that are the same, every day, I need some high protein snack recipes. Normal meals are mostly chicken or fish and vegetables. But I don't have good recipes for the snacks.
Any suggestions?

I usually pack some dry snacks for the afternoon.
1/2 cup Fiber one original bran cereal = 60 Cal
1 oz raw almonds = 160 Cal
A few pieces of chocolate ~50 Cal
1/4 cup roasted edamame = 130 Cal (less fat and more protein/carbs than almonds)
1 oz rice crackers = 110-140 Cal
Mix and match. I have a cute little bento box I stuff everything into, or you can pack them into a ziplock bag. I usually aim for about 400 Cal total since I want my afternoon snack to be comparable to my other 3 meals. My diary is open if you want to sneak a peak.0 -
Greek yogurt with fruit is usually what I have for an am snack. Sometimes I change it up with cottage cheese but that is a bit high in sodium
almonds
peanut butter sandwich
proteein drink
hard boiled egg - egg salad with just egg whites
