Hi folks,

I'm back on MPF after going on a complete binge for the last month! I was doing really well, but then I got lazy, so I'm hoping to make some friends on here who will help keep me on track!

SW: 156
Current weight: 141
Goal: 125

I daren't get on the scale, I had put back on 16lbs dice the beginning of December, feeling scared that I can't actually rein this back in, keep thinking tomorrow will be a good day. It has not been a good day so far, lost it again. I piss me off! So how do we do this?

I gained 5lbs in 10 days (I was on holiday) and hopped back on track yesterday but am still really annoyed with myself for it.

Clioandboy - start now :) You don't have to wait for a new day to make a change! Write off the day so far, start now as if it's a new day, and get going :D

Hi, your current weight and goal weight are very similar to mine! We all go off track a bit, need to find something that keeps you motivated which is different for everybody. Mine at the moment is the thought of wearing a bikini in public lol

Great to hear from other people who are going through the same thing! It's so disheartening to find your good habits slipping away. And I don't know about you, but when I get upset/angry/disappointed I turn to junk food... Have stocked up the house with lots of fruit and veg now and I've cleared out the junk, so hopefully that'll make a difference.

The "thought of wearing a bikini in public" is all too familiar, I already dread the idea of going to the swimming pool for workouts! Today is a new day though. I'm eating healthier and will be able to fit in a run this afternoon. No excuses! I'm so close to being 130-something pounds, which is sort of my mini-goal because I don't remember ever being so light.

Good luck to everyone, keep in touch!!
