Maintenance motivation

I lost 48 pounds successfully in 2010. Since January I have gained 8 pounds back and am still on an uphill battle with maintaining; I keep losing ground, though still in my weight range. It is frustrating and I am finding my mental fortitude, especially in the late evenings is lacking. I know I can do this, but certainly need to get in the right mindset to do it! UGH!
