1 large banana...
2 mini pitas (which i shoved my tuna into :smile: )
1/2 cup cottage cheese....

    Turkey hot dog in potato bread bun with small amount of ketchup.

    I forgot my lunch today so I raided the fridge at my mom's house. :laugh:

    Tonight , I HIIT the gym, so its

    Hamburger Helper Beef Stroganoff - 1 cup prepared
    Tazo decaff green tea wi/ 1 tablespoon of honey
    Home made salad 2 cups Spring greens, 1/4 c grated zuchinni, 2 mushrooms,
    tablespoon of broccoli, and a tablespoon of balsamic viniagrette

    460 calories.

    It's filling, if a bit boring!!

    Of course right now everything is boring......only three more excrutiating hours!!!
