Just started this PROPERLY on tuesday morn.......and looooooving it. More the fact its so easy to do and free......:laugh:

I've done all the diets over the years, but loving calorie counting, i'm kinda doing ww and calorie counter at the mo. So not counting veg, fruit in my calorie intake for this week, and see what the scales say. Sneaky wi this morn(oh and yesterdayLOL) showing 4.5lbs off so far. But i got my period monday nite (sorry to those who offend easily) so prob that helping weight loss this week too.......but hey ho so long as the scales are showing a loss i'm a happy bunny!!!!!!
