Motivate me!

I am in desperate need of some motivation before i fall of the track! I have been doing so well but thses last few days i have just wanted to pick at things. I need some serious encouragement to keep my on the right path! Thanks

Hi, I have been like this many many times and once you start thinking about it, it's so hard to get food out of your head!! What keeps me going is the thought that I know once I start picking/munching, I'll find it hard to stop and more importantly, I'll feel so disappointed. Every day that I wake up and know that I have stayed on track, I feel so good and I want to hang on to that feeling. True, food tastes good, but it's not worth the disappointment I feel afterwards...... I'd rather resist and know that I am still one step closer to being the person I want to be.

You can do it!! Think of your reason for getting in shape...you know what they are....maybe they're fitting into new clothes.....feeling good about your body........living a healthier lifestyle......you know what it is that is motivating you.......Something I like to do is write inspiration on my bathroom mirror.....get a dry erase marker.....and write what is driving you to do this on your mirror so you can see it everytime you look at yourself....0

don't give up what your really want for something that you just want right now! I do it all the time and it really frustrates me at the end of the week when I don' t meet my weight loss goals. Just keep your goals in the forefront and ask yourself... Is it worth it?

Can't avoid a cry for help
Had a quick glance at your profile and you seem to have come so far already - that's an excellent effort and loss to date. It shows how easily achievable it is and by remaining positive and thinking of the end goal, you'll get there in no time.
You're already on the right path - occasionally we take a small sidetrack, but it tends to lead back to where we're supposed to be..
One quick comment - I saw your Inspirations and as sweet as a long weekend away is, can I make a small suggestion to maybe add a couple of others as well. Look at some other achievable and attainable goals that you know you want to do and can achieve or even set yourself a mini goal.. If I lose another 5 pounds - I can.........
