I started doing the 30 day shred Level 1 on 4/10, I only do it 3 days a week
On 4/10:
weight: 166 pounds
waist: 40.25 inches
hips: 42.75 inches
right thigh: 23 inches
left thigh: 23.75 inches
Finished up my 10th day of Level 1 yesterday...
Today
weight: 160.9 pounds
waist: 39.25 inches
hips: 42 inches
right thigh: 22 inches
left thigh: 23 inches
A change of...
Weight: - 5.1 pounds
Waist: - 1 inch
Hips: -.75 inches
Right Thigh: -1 inch
Left Thigh: -.75 inches
On 4/10:

SUPER JOB! I need to get back into 30DS. I finished Level 1, but after 1 day at level 2 I got sick. It's been over a month now. Hoping to get back into it this weekend.
Can't wait to see your results for Level 2! It's a real killer!!!!!!!

Level 2 certainly is harder! Wow! My upper arms and thighs are so sore already - I did L2 this afternoon. It hurts, but that's a good thing I'll take it hoping to continue to get better at it as I go on which, judging from how L1 got a little easier as time went on I'm sure L2 (might) will too0 -
