Weighing in is a personal preference, and there isn't a right way or wrong way to go about it. For ME, it's daily weighing, as that is what holds ME accountable. Others prefer once a week or even once a month.
I'd love to range between 130-135, but for several weeks, it has been between 135-140.....and honestly, I'm a happy girl any time the scale is under 140.

I weigh myself everyday but only record it on mfp on my official day (thurs)
I dont get bothered by what i see though from day to day. If you cant handle the ups and downs you should stop and try for 1x per week only or less.0
