I think this site is great and very helpful. I love talking about working out and nutrition and am up for any new suggestions on how to tweat my eating and lifting routine. Any suggestions are helpful.

You are at a greast place to get great ideas and lots of support! You can "friend" me if you need someone to give you pep talks and encouragement...
On your journey always remember a couple of things...
When you want to cheat and you think to yourself "I DESERVE this..."...you DESERVE to be happy and content in your own skin more.
When you feel down or you hit a wall, Jesus is there, He cares and He wants to help...all you have to do is ask Him.
