Hi Everyone,
I'm new to MFP so thought I would say "Hi" and introduce myself. I'm a 28 year old (creeping closer to 30 every day---eeek!) living in the sunshine state and am really trying to focus on bettering myself. Over the last few years, I've lost 40-50 lbs on WW and I truly believe in the program and it DOES work, however, I'm changing up my diet, working out every day and still not seeing the scale move. I thought it was time to try something else. Feel free to reach out and say hi
