Logging Levels of 30DS

I just started level 2 today of the 30 Day Shred. Did everyone log the levels the same? I use Circuit training gen to log level 1 for 25 mins. Thanks ! :)

    i kept logging the same; i have been logging 20 min of circuit training general.

    I think the most effective way would be to use a HRM. You don't want to skimp out on extra calories burned, or worse! You don't want to input too many!!

    I found MFP is way way high on how many calories burned on Circuit training take away at least 100 of the calories it tells you or get a HRM
