:bigsmile: i have been on the fitness pal since 4-18 and i set my goal for 2 pounds per week and thanks to fitness pal i have lost 2 pounds in the first 2 weeks.i started my exercise program on march 8th and overall im down 16 pounds total.... friend me and we can help keep each other motivated... p.s. all this damn easter candy is killing me,lmao :laugh:
