30 day shred

When logging you exercise...how do you all log the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred?

  • I put in "circuit training- general" for 20 minutes and I googled how many calories you burn on level one, and some guy made an algorithm for it... I forgot where it was or what it was, but basically for me, I burn like 200 calories. I am 5'4", 148.8 lbs female. I edited the calories burned thingy on MFP to say 200 instead of like 140 or whatever it says. :))) I wish 30 Day Shred was an option, because sooo many people do it!!

    either calisthenics or get a heart rate monitor for a more accurate count
  • i just make my own exercise and log the calories i think it is. I'm 5'5" and 155 lbs I'm on day 26 so level three day 6! I used this as how it was for me

    Level One - 150 calories
    Level Two - 200 calories
    Level Three - 250 calories

    It's probably a little off but it's got to be somehwere around there :)

    Circuit training. Per my HRM I burned about 260 on level one. I am 5'6" and 180lbs
