I have been stuck for about 2 weeks now at the same weight. I have decreased my calories and lost nada. So here are my stats I am 4'11 and 147.5lbs. I am also breastfeeding my 6 month old and currently doing Ripped in 30. So I have decided to up my calories to 1800 a day. Is this sufficient for nursing and Ripped in 30?

Are you nursing exclusively?
I'd say you might still be on the low side with calories, I'd push it up to at least 2000.0 -
Thank you! I am nursing exclusively, I also pump off extra milk to donate (usually 7 oz a day) I will try bumping it to 2000 to see what happens. Is 2 weeks of 2000 calories long enough to see if it is working?0

I'd say 2 weeks should be enough to see if it's working. I actually don't have any personal experience, but LOTS of experience through my friends and family. All of them had to do at least 2,000 calories, even without exercise, so you may need more, but give it two weeks to find out. You figure right now your body needs at LEAST 2,200 just to maintain and you burn at least 220doing JM Ripped - so that will put you right at 500 calorie deficit - you don't want to go much below that while breast feeding (your body will hold on to what it can since it is responsible for 2 lives, not just 1!!).0
