I have always been up and down on my weight since having 2 children. I would diet and quit!! Funny thing was I never really ate alot, but it was the food I was eating. I started looking at pictures of myself and it finally clicked! I was tired of being over weight!! So 8 weeks ago I changed for good!! I have done very well with food choices, and drinking only water (which was hard...because I never liked water). I walk at least 4-5 times a week and I am up to 5 miles now!! It feels amazing!!!
