Ok, I am seriously off tract here, and it is hard as heck for me to get back on. I fell off about around the 4th of July (last month) and I have not completly gotten back on tract here. I am like what the heck!!!! It is hard for me to get back motivated and get my mind back in too eating healthy and exercise. This is tough. With school starting on Monday hopefully I can get me back on tract here. With me getting off tract the scale is moving in the wrong direction    NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! and I hate it!!!!! my sides are bulging out and I can tell that my paints are starting to fit tight again and my goals are slowly fading away. I need some help here guys, WHAT CHA' GOT?!!!?!!!!

I know how you feel. I went on vacation on july 24 and did ok, but then when I got back home I lost my focus and gained back a few pounds. I have just had to refocus and get back in the swing of things. It helps me to read about what I am supposed to be doing. I bought the Perricone diet book which is what I'm trying to follow right now for my complexion and other health reasons. It's basically an anti-inflammatory diet. Anyways, try to find you some good reading material on what you want to be doing and see if that helps you get focused. If you don't want to splurge on a whole book then go to walmart and get a fitness magzine...they can be motivating too. And if none of this helps just put on the smallest jeans you own and stand in front of the mirror....lol I have a pair of jeans that I try on every once in while, they are my first goal. We can do this!! KIM0

i got way off track over the christmas holidays and it took me 8 months to come back don't do it!!! it is so hard to get restarted but since i have i already feel so much better. I have more energy and am enjoying working out again. I had to force myself the first couple days,i read on here that u should try to exercise b4 your brain realizes what u are doing and then u don't talk u self out of it. I found that humorous but so true for me anyway. think positive and just do it u can do it , we can all do it if we continue to support each other positively!!! :flowerforyou:0
