Hot Dog Bun

Were having hot gods tonight for dinner and we get our buns from a local bakery, I'm trying to estimate how many calories a white hot dog (not as big as a sausage bun) would have. These buns are light and airy. Anyone have a seggestion?

    look up a few brands of hot dog buns (wonder, sara lee, orowheat, etc) and take an avg. or skip the bun
