so during the last semester of my senior year of high school, about 5 years ago, i dropped 45 pounds in about 6 months in what i called the pyramid diet (followed the servings of the food guide pyramid and used their tracking system) and being in softball also helped at that time. at that time i weighed 175lbs. once going to college i manage to keep the majority of the weight off, i only gained 5 lbs. within the first few months after leaving college i put on the majority of the weight and then some landing me around 220lbs. during the time after college i have now come to see i was doing a lot of stress eating. i was stressed at work and was in a horrible relationship for almost two years, i have been out of that relationship for 6months now, i have since moved away from all of my friends and family and for the first time in my life, i am living alone . I have started a new job and am excited to be starting over fresh. with my uncle's wedding coming up here shortly i would like to lose the bulge of my tummy so i can rock this dress i found. The dress fits which is great, but i want there to be less tummy bulging. If you have any tips to make that work let me know. this is the first time in a long time that i am truely excited to get in shape and lose those pounds again... although i've been in the red several times since starting and am quickly realizing that it is tougher than i thought
