Looking for some low calorie breakfast and lunch ideas that leave you feeling full and satisfied.:smile:

    Whole grain bread - toasted with fat free/low fat peanut butter.

    -greek yogurt
    -big salad with a grilled chicken breast on top
  • I just had a cup of Dr. McDougall's Black Bean and Lime soup - 200 calories and 20 grams of protein. SO YUMMY

    I hate oatmeal, so I eat cream of wheat instead. Cold cereal doesn't seem to keep me full as long as hot cereal does. :)

    I always have a light yogurt and a fiber one bar - 200 calories. Lunch is normally a healthy choice meal - popcorn for a snack!

    for breakfast a hard boiled egg and an orange.

    lunch seems to be leaving me hungry lately, maybe I should add another egg to my salad.
