Hey everyone, I'm just checking in! I'm really trying to get on track by eating healthy and working out. I'm 28, 5'5" and started at 173lbs I'm at 166 lbs now (not huge progress but a start) and am aiming to get down to around 135lbs. I'm getting my masters in Oceanography, and my downfall is definitely snacking late at night when I'm studying! I've always been pretty shy about talking to people about my weight problems, but everyone's stories sound so great and so inspirational, I had to give it a go. Thanks and good luck to everyone!

Hi! The first few weeks are the hardest but it does get easier. Don't deny yourself something if you are craving it. Just have a small "taste" or you may end up binging. If you have a bad day, tomorrow's a new day. Good luck on your journey! If you need a friend, just add me. :)
