Triathlon!!!

Now that I have reached all my fitness and weight goals, I took the final step this morning and registered for my first TRIATHLON! I will be doing a "sprint" tri - 350 meter swim, 12 mile bike, 2 mile run. I did a duathlon last September (2 mile run, 10 mile bike, 2 mile run) and loved it. The run / bike will be a breeze, but I am scared to death about the swim!!! :tongue:

Looking for advice and info from anyone who has competed in a triathlon. Pitfalls? Training suggestions? Help!?!?!?
