Insanity- Week 1 - Wanna start a group?

Hey guys!

It's been a while since I've been on here and I'm really excited to get back!! :bigsmile: I recently purchased the Insanity Workout Program and today will be my Day 5. I'm looking for some people to help motivate each other and cheer us all along this adventure! You know, support and tips along the way :wink: will do anyone some good! We can also keep track of progress and all that jazz! Suggestions welcome to help make an awesome group while maintaining one heck of a program!

Anybody else out there in the same boat? I'm ready to do this!!!

    I think there is already an insanity group....though we could totally start a new one.....since that other one is way hard to follow b/c there are so many posts....this is my first week of insanity....phew....day 2...well, not including fitness test day......It's killing my sis and me....I think we might do each week twice....or do month 1 twice....before moving to the second one....b/c we about pass out in the middle of every workout....

    Hey girl,
    I was doing it for 3 days but couldn't walk after a while :) This workout is to hard for me so I switched to 30days shred for now, but I might start it in 29 days again :P Good luck with it!
