Curious who is doing Kosama Complete Body Transformation!? I'd love to use myfitnesspal to connect with others using the program.
I belong to the Clive, IA location. I love sharing successes, struggles and all the fun things I find! Recipes, fitness tricks and just fun people!

    I have been attending the Johnston location for several months and love it, as much as I can love an exercise program.
