:smooched: hi i am new to this.. i started on may 1st i have been walking the track and cutting out sodas, juice, etc drinking water water water.. my current is 220.. i want to get to 175 by the end of august.. keeping the faith..and having will power is what is keeping me going.. looking for friends for encouragement..     I am glad you are here!

    But be aware that this is a slow process... you have your goal (as awesome as it is) set at -2.8 to 3.75 pounds a week, that is almost double the recommended weight loss a week of 2 pounds...

    I just want to warn you that you shouldn't get discouraged if you don't see that goal met each week..


    MFP is a slow but useful and effective process!
