I had the same concern about sugar from fruits in the beginning- don't be! The fruits have natural sugar; the sugar that you shouldn't go over during the day is added sugar, which is different. Fruit is good for you- don't cut it out!!
If you're actually burning that much in exercise per day, you should be eating more. Some days, you don't even hit 1200, and that's including a day you've exercised! That is definitely not enough food to fuel your body.
Also, make sure you log everything. There is one day that you just had quick add calories, and a few where it looks like you just logged breakfast. I'm going to assume that you actually ate more than that those days, but just didn't log it. It will help you to see how you are doing better if you log everything.0 -
You need to add in some real vegetables and more water0

You seem to eat pretty wholesome food, but you need more of it. If you are working out that hard you burn off every last bit that you eat. Your body needs more than that. Your protein intake is too low as well. You likely aren't getting enough fiber, which will help you a lot.
Overall, just eat more. A lot more. Also, change it up a little.0 -
I really hope you're going to eat back your exercise calories yet today.0

I wouldn't be concerned with the fruit, I would be concerned with the lack there of and veggies. I would also add a ton more protein!!
Adding some almonds, cottage cheese, eggs and protein shakes would be good. Eat veggies for your snacks and fruits. It seems like you net calories are way to low, eat more girl!0 -
Definately more natural foods, fruit veggies protein etc....
Eat more eat more eat more.... the closer you get to your goal the more you need to eat... or you wont see the results you want...
Keep eating girl...
If you really cant eat that much, I would consider lowering your cardio work outs... noone says that you have to burn 1000 calories exercising for it to be a good work out... burn 300-400 calories and then hit the weights, your work outs will be waay more effective simply because you will be able to eat all your calories back...
I was doing major work outs burning 1200 calories and such, and I wasn't losing at all, lowered it to 300-500 and then started hitting the weights pretty hard and my results started appearing rapidly... I also bumped my calories up to 1470 and I eat EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!0 -
thanks for the advice... i do feel chary towards eating back my exercise calories as then i feel as though i'm not trying to lose weight.
its my job that allows me to burn this many calories a day.
for instance, today i have eaten 1400 and burned 900. this means i have 700 left for the day and i've already had dinner. i could have some apple pie to fill up these calories but then i will feel guilty! what should i do?0
