Healthy Frozen Treats

1) If you aren't using them already, frozen berries make shakes/smoothies into yummy, ice cream like shakes!
You can adjust the quantities to meat your macros & caloric needs. But, this is what I do:

4oz Silk Pure Almond Milk Original
1/2 - 1 scoop choc Scivation whey protein
50 - 100g banana
80 - 140g Townsend Berry Supreme (a 3 berry mix of organic berries)
* the more frozen berries you use, the thicker the milkshake

2) My new favorite gadget:

Make your own customized frozen pops in 7 - 9 minutes! Great for kids! Use juice, yogurt, sneak in some veggie juice or pureed veggies, etc. Also great for adults! Make your own pops using greek yogurt, protein, etc.

    Another great option are All Fruit no sugar added popsicles - just 25 calories each and delicious! :)

    or mix up and freeze Crystal Lite :)

    I like the "making my own" idea because you can add protein sources like whey or yogurt. Then your treats have nutritional value and assit in getting in all your macros (carbs/proteins/fats). And you can use your sweetener of choice.
