Hi

Does anyone have one of these? www.myspingym.com

I bought one last year when i saw it on a shopping channel and used it a little bit but not enough until it was put in the back of my drawer, but i have dug it out and decided i am going to do it properly this time, but I have no idea how many calories it burns so didn't know if anyone else had an idea....

    I've honestly never seen this before! But my best advice is to invest in a Heart Rate Monitor. It's the best way to get a read on how many calories you're burning. Good luck!

    I hadn't thought of that, i have one on my step counter so could use that! D'uh!!!

    I don't think it will burn that many calories to be honest but was just wondering as i wanted to input it on my dairy :)
