Is it okay to be working out 7 days a week starting out brand new?

I think so! As long as you can handle in then yes! Though its probably better to work out 5 days a week, if you are feeling tired from the exercise as you don't want to tire yourself out and miss more than a couple of days in a row0

I'd say 7 days a week would be a bit too much ,everyone needs a day to rest and let their bodies recouperate
i'd say 3-5 times a week is plenty of enough exercise. If you want to do something on the other days gentle exercises like walking would be fine but nothing overly strenous.0
