Hey everybody!
I found out about this website through FB. A couple of my friends are members and they have autoposts on their daily activities. I thought it was pretty cool. I decided to join to try and help me keep on track and motivated. I live in the north (for now :smile: ) and come fall/winter I lack all motivation to workout and to really do anything at all. It's so sad. Come spring/summer I'm ready to rock Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred or something On Demand!!
Right now I'm trying to get out of the winter funk and get back to having an active lifestyle and lose these winter pounds, I went for a 10 minute walk today to help ease my back pain and I'm happy to say it helped. I've lived with back pain for 13 years. Moving really helps.
