Hey everyone! I'm new as of yesterday and was wondering if anyone had any low calorie meals you could share with me?

onion rings
Ingredients:
1 onion, sliced into rings
1 cup egg white
1tbsp 1% lowfat milk
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup Italian seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine egg whites, and milk into bowl, and on a plate combine both kinds of bread crumbs, then dip the onions rings into the bowl of milk, and egg whites so they get pretty wet, and dip them in bread crumbs, and place on cookie sheet.
After you do this with all the onion rings, bake for about 15minutes until they start to get a little brown.
