I hate finals week

Why? Because I eat nothing but junk during it! I've eaten so much nasty food over the past few days. Luckily, I'm almost done with finals! So, how do I get back on track?

    One day at a time put down the pizza eat a carrot and just get started lol

    Also, if it's a time issue.. for me I'll cook a bunch of skinless boneless chicken breast - say sunday night.
    Then for the week, i can just make a really fast salad, or sandwich for lunch.

    I do that with steamed veggies too. --- I just steam a bunch and re-heat when I'm gonna eat them, I don't notice any difference.

    What about freezing a homemade soup or something, that always lasts a long time, and I notice when I have like a cup of soup when I'm starving, I can hold off on getting lunch a bit longer.. - so I dont resort to some fast food, when I'm just hungry and want something now!
