Hi everyone,

I am trying to lose 15 lbs. so I can feel more comfortable. I am pretty good with exercise but could always use a friend or two to keep me motivated. I am really trying to work on my eating. I mostly just snack all day, some good foods and some not so good foods. :) I am going to try to keep track of what I eat everyday and drink water. I have a hard time drinking water! I don't drink anything!!

I am the mom of three great kids and I've been married to my husband for 18 years.
