Need uplifting

I have missed the gym all week, was gonna make it today and get in a good workout, but lost my mom on today, and now I'm in a funk!

    I'm so sorry for your loss...

    Everyone is different, but I've found that personally...when I get into a funk my normal routine would be to hybernate, sleep and eat, and the funk got worse and lasted longer. I really do believe that there is something chemical in working out (especially when you don't feel like it) to help clear your mind and ...personally... it gives me hope and a brighter outlook on life in general. Do something positive and good for you during these difficult times. You're worth it!
